Do I need some type of education or a level of experience to enroll in this course?
No, absolutely not! If you're a human being, you're qualified to participate!
How much time does the challenge take?
You get all the lessons at once. It's up to you whether you do them all at once or one lesson a day or however else you like. The recommended duration of the challenge is 8 days. The videos take a few minutes to watch, each. To implement the tips, experiment with them and make them your own can take some time, but that depends on your motivation and planning. After that, it's a matter of implementing it daily and adjusting when needed.
